Thanks for taking efforts to putting this together. When I was googling for speech therapy basics I ended up in your wonderful blog.

For people like me we don’t know where to start with. My kid lives in India and he needs speech therapy and NDT. He gets wonderful NDT but we could not find out a good/responsible speech therapist. So we thought we should start doing by ourself (whatever we can in the mean time) not just wasting time by waiting for someone.

We are not professional speech therapist or we have learned theory about speech therapist. But we can play with kids to enhance his speech skills by applying the basic ideas.

Can you please provide us a little background why and how does speech therapy works and more basic ideas (I alreay saw bubbles, categories and Same vs Different article)…

Anyhelp would be really appreciated.
