/er/ Fill-in Story

er fill-in storyThis fill-in-the-blank story is a fun way for students to practice “er” at the word and sentence levels.  Have the students pick a word from the choices on the right side of the page.  Fill in the story with their answers and read it back to them or have them read it if they are able.  This story can also be found as part of the Vocalic “R” Basic Set.

  1. I used this yesterday with my 8-year old client.. he absolutely LOVED it! He thought it was the funniest thing creating silly sentences and he even exaggerated his “r” sounds throughout the whole story!
