Practice grids are great to have on hand when working on sounds at the word level. You can use them to practice the same words over multiple sessions or can send them home as practice sheets. You can put stickers or tally marks in the boxes to reward your students and keep track of data.
Included are practice grid pages for /br/, /dr/, /fr/, /gr/, /kr/, /pr/, and /tr/ in the initial position of words.
The interactive file has the same pictures but has a landscape format to better fit on a computer screen. It also includes picture “stickers” that can be dragged to a box after saying the target word. You can allow the student to do the stickers as a reinforcement activity or you can place them as a way to keep data.
Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order for the drag-and-drop pieces to work, make sure you are not in presentation mode. If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.
