Spot It! Say It! Pages for R Sounds

Pull these pages out for an engaging activity that will get your students wanting to find and say words with their targeted sound. You can use them in groups, with individuals, or as a send-home activity. After the students find a specific picture, they say the word, cover or mark the picture, and then check it off.

There are 3 levels for each of the following:

• initial /r/
• medial /r/
• “ar”
• “er”
• “or”

If you would like to make the pages reusable, laminate them and have the students mark the picture and check the checkbox with a wet or dry erase marker.

Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order for the drag-and-drop pieces to work, make sure you are not in presentation mode. If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.
