Laundry Lessons Activity for L Sound

Create a fun, hands-on learning lesson by having your students clip these pairs of shorts on a string after saying them. It doubles as fine-motor skills practice too!

The print versions include 12 pairs of shorts per word position and each includes a picture and label. The digital interactive version includes 10 pairs of shorts per sound position and has the students drag the shorts up to the clothesline.

Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order to drag-and-drop the pieces, make sure you are in edit mode (NOT in presentation mode). If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.
