Speech Puzzles for SH Sound
Using hands-on therapy activities can make them seem less like work and more like play, while still getting LOTS of productive practice done! These basic two-piece puzzles are a great way to have your students work on the “sh” sound at the word, phrase, or sentence level. Have them say the “sh” word when picking up each puzzle piece, and then again (or a phrase or sentence) when putting them together.
There are 20 word puzzles for each sound position (initial, medial, and final) in both the printable and interactive versions.
Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order to drag-and-drop the pieces, make sure you are in edit mode (NOT in presentation mode). If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.
