Fold the Flap for L Sound
Use these hands-on pages to keep your students motivated as they practice! After the students say their word, they fold up the flap to hide the picture. Not only does this keep their hands busy, it helps them see how many words they have left!
There are printable pages for initial, medial, final, and all positions with 20 pictures on each page in color and black and white versions. There is also an interactive version provided.
The recommended way to prep the pages is to laminate them, cut only along the dashed lines, and add either Velcro dots or tack-it glue so that they stay closed until you’re ready to undo them.
Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint. Make sure to use this file in slide show/presentation mode. When used in PowerPoint, the flaps close as each one is clicked. When used in Google Slides, the pictures will appear in order from left to right when you click anywhere on the screen.
