Valentine’s Day Rhyming Riddles
My students LOVE rhyming riddles, and I love how much it makes them think! They have to think about the word’s description AND how it sounds, which is a super language activity for students with weak vocabularies and/or poor naming abilities. There are printable cards as well as worksheets. For those students who need more cues, there are picture cards to use as choices.
Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order for the drag-and-drop pieces to work, make sure you are NOT in presentation mode. If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.

Thanks for the freebie! Love it! I went ahead and made up some pictures to go along with the rhyming riddles so I can play with my students that are younger/lower and we could use it as a memory game too! Thanks again!
Arielle,
What a fantastic idea! Thank you for sharing it.

I’m just starting to work with google documents but I uploaded what I made and made it public (if I did it the right way that is lol) so this should be the link for the pictures to go along with what you made. I made sure to reference you at that bottom and that the pictures went with what you made.
