Practice Grids for K Sound

Practice Grids for K Sound
Practice grids can be used in many ways. They can help with motivation when you draw stars or put stickers in the boxes and can also help you keep data on the same words over multiple sessions. You can also send them home for practice.

The interactive file has the same pictures but has a landscape format to better fit on a computer screen. It also includes picture “stickers” that can be dragged to a box after saying the target word. You can allow the student to do the stickers as a reinforcement activity or you can place them as a way to keep data.

Included are 2 printed practice grid pages for each sound position: initial /k/,  medial /k/, and final /k/. They are available in color and black and white versions.

Interactive Material: This material includes an interactive version that can be used in teletherapy. The file can be uploaded to Google Slides or opened in PowerPoint and then shared with the student. In order for the drag-and-drop pieces to work, make sure you are not in presentation mode. If you are using PowerPoint, you’ll need to enable editing.
