Circus Animals Help Teach Election Vocabulary and Concepts

Monkey and Seal are running for Circus President!  Teach your students basic election vocabulary and concepts with the help of these two fun-loving circus animals.  Both are making promises and want to be the next President.  Use the included materials to hold a circus election!

Included are vocabulary and definition cards for ten basic election terms, a vocabulary worksheet that can be used as a pretest or post-test, a candidates promises page, ballots, tally sheet, and I Voted “stickers”.  If you can, laminate the promises page, ballots, and tally sheet and write with dry-erase markers so you can use them over and over again.
